Tour's on. I made it into Manchester yesterday morning after a red-eye flight from Chicago, hung out with the fine folks at customs for a couple of hours, and then got to Steve's (of Arms & Hearts) apartment for a bit of a nap before rousing myself for the show last night. The show itself was fun (though I myself was something of half a man – animated only by loads of caffeine and fisherman's friends), and we followed it with a few drinks (during which I became one-fourth of a man). Manchester seems like a cool city. Unfortunately, I didn't get too much time there, as we're now en route to Leeds for our second show tonight.
So far, so good. Hopefully by tomorrow the jet lag will have left me.
